The Agnes
The Agnes, a mixed-use project in Jersey City's West Side, is designed to span over eleven lots and will include residential apartments, retail units, and private parking spaces, with the tallest section rising seven stories and exhibiting sweeping views of the surrounding area and Manhattan skyline beyond.
The project, which was designed by architects Minno Wasko and developed by Fields Grade, features upscale interiors by Wherewithal. Future residents will benefit from amenities such as a bicycle room, residential lounge, exterior pool and a landscaped courtyard.
